Jesse Sutton is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, bringing more than 15 years of experience helping clients navigate the real estate market across DC, Northern Virginia, and MD. Based in McLean, Jesse combines deep local knowledge with a strategic, data-driven approach to deliver results for both buyers and sellers.

From there, he develops a tailored strategy designed to succeed in today’s competitive and ever-changing market.
Over the course of his career, Jesse has represented clients across a wide range of property types, from single parking spaces to multi-family investments. His extensive experience, combined with a strong network of lenders, appraisers, contractors, and fellow agents, allows him to anticipate challenges, negotiate effectively, and keep transactions moving smoothly from contract to close.
Known for his professionalism, responsiveness, and calm problem-solving approach, Jesse is committed to making the process as seamless and informed as possible for every client. Complementing his role with the Venture Group, Jesse is the owner and managing broker of GROVE Management. GROVE is a residential property management company with the goal of making it easy and stress free to own a rental property.
Jesse lives in McLean with his wife, two daughters, and their two dogs. Outside of real estate, he is an Ironman and endurance athlete who thrives on the discipline, focus, and resilience that long-distance training demands.
Originally from just outside Seattle, Jesse is a graduate of the University of Washington and maintains a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the sense of community that makes a place feel like home.
